Hey misty! i'm a new queen and i have a show coming up in march. i can't find a very good eye shadow to apply under my drawn eye brows. do i have to use a brush? whats the best way to apply eye shadow for us queens?

Shadow base is VERY important ... especially when you want pigmented color. As for Application, No you dont have to use a Brush, but many makeup artists use brushes because they are easier to blend with.
