Dear Misty, how do you deal with un-professionalism?....i curently did a show and was told to show up early but got mislead and called out for it...also the hostess brought up my past faults as did she bring up hers and called me out for it...Shady??

YES SHADY... but be careful NOT to stoop to her level. Lead by example and be the best you can be. Instead of bringing up her faults... you can try to take what she said about your faults as constructive criticism and use that as a way to improve.
