Which is more effective for facial hair removal, especially for blonde hair? Electrolysis vs laser??

I have no IDEA... BUT I HAVE HEARD.........
they have created Lasers that work with BLONDE hair and even on black skin.... (before you needed NO TAN and BLACK HAIR) I dont think they have fixed them to work on GREY Hair though....
