I dont have one so I dont know how others do it... But I saw something in them and asked them to be my daughters...
But if you need one you should go up to someone that you respect and would like to emulate and ask her. if she doesnt want to mentor you.. then ask her lots of questions and ask to hang out with her and help her with stuff :) and you will learn that way :)

I want to be a Drag Queen,just a couple problems with that: 1. I have no talents & I'm FAR from funny 2. I', so ashamed but.. I'm a woman! I know there are Bio (Faux) Queens & the drag community is divided on them. I'm an outcast who loves make-up and getting dressed. I'm ALWAYS the girl at the event who is OVERDRESSED and I wish I could take it further! Being a drag queen takes work and research, I understand that but the result is amazing. I know a man ->female change is WAY more impressive but its an art drag is an art I believe in my heart there's room for women too that won't subtract from the AMAZINGNESS of the REAL Drag Queens. My question is: How do I find other drag queens willing to help someone like me? I'm not going to be accepted to just walk in a bar in drag & try making friends.. it won't work that way for me.
