Dear Misty I am a senior this year and i want to go to prom in drag. I dont look like a man at all when i transform but as real as i can look they could think am making a sick joke? Am i aloud to do this i live in CA? Should i have to ask the school?Help!

i think this answer truly depends on where you live, and how tollerant your school is. Many schools have VERY STRICT RULES for prom so make sure you research it before you waist the time and money on a dress, hair, makeup only to be turned out and not allowed in. BUT Id also take several friends for safety in numbers. Sometimes Its more important to be ALIVE than to make a point. BUT if the situations are safe.... GO have fun :)
